We had a great experience working with Pam. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. She worked hard on our behalf during negotiations and made sure our interests were represented at every step. We were also buying and selling at the same time, which added quite a bit of complexity to the process. Pam helped us navigate all of the moving pieces, kept us informed, and was always available when questions or issues came up. Her guidance made a complicated process much easier to manage. We would absolutely recommend Pam to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking real estate agent.

Pam was awesome throughout the whole process. As first time homebuyer, there were many things I did not know. Any questions I had or things I wasn’t sure about, Pam was able to give her insight in a honest and straightforward way, which is what I needed in this process- no beating around the bush. I can tell she knows her stuff, she was a good rock to lean on. If I had to go back and do the process over again, I’d hope Pam would be the one to see me through it again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pam to anyone going through the home buying process!

My daughter had been looking for a house for a couple months. The lease was ending for her apartment and had three weeks before having to renew or rent elsewhere... Pam found her the perfect house and handled everything for her while she (Pam) was on a four day vacation!!! My daughter moved in to her new house before her lease ended!!!! Pam is amazing!!!
